PoW挖矿可以让VeriBlock的区块链取得新的区块并加入到链中。该挖矿方式通过UCP协议经由8501端口，连接到本地的NodeCore实例以运行。

用户可以独立运行矿池，亦可通过连接到其他矿池的方式式来运行PoW挖矿程序(参见: HowTo_run_and_connect_to_PoW_Miner_pool)

请注意，Pow挖矿是和PoP挖矿是相互独立的。尽管均可以获得奖励的VBK Token，但操作方式并不相同。
