You can see the unlock schedule with the NC_CLI command: NodeCore_CommandLine#getbalanceunlockschedule
No action is required, VBK will be automatically unlocked by the blockchain protocol.
All VBK mined (either PoW or PoP) after VeriBlock's mainnet launch are not locked up.
