  1. Enable APM auto-mining - this keeps the context continually updated by keep submitting an altchain PoP transaction, as long as one APM is running on the network.
  2. Run APM updateContext command - this resets the context, and sends a corresponding transaction to the entire network to also update it and keep the network in sync.
  3. Use APM mock mining - stubs out the entire VBK and BTC testnets and creates mock ATV and VTBs. This allows a developer to run the entire system on their machine without needing to install or run all the moving parts upstream of the APM.
